State troopers and other law enforcement vehicles are parked at the scene of a wreck on Interstate 95 in Dunn. Troopers say that after the wreck, Romeo Ribeiro, of New York State, attacked a state trooper and emergency vehicles with a claw hammer shortly before midnight Saturday, Jan. 10, 2008.
