North Carolina Alcohol Law Enforcement agents seized $21,000 of illegal, imported prescription medications, including  penicillin, amoxicillin, birth control and pain relievers. Fawaz Mustafa Jobeh, of Sugar Hill, Ga., is accused of smuggling the medications from South America to California and then distributing them to at least 25 Hispanic stores in North Carolina, including some in Raleigh
