Protesters criticize government spending at tax day tea parties

About 200 people were gathered outside of the federal courthouse on the corner of New Bern Avenue and North Person Street in Raleigh on April 15, 2009. Protesters expressed their displeasure with government spending since President Barack Obama took office by holding a series of rallies across the country modeled after the original Boston Tea Party.
