The Obamathon begins

As I write this the writing of history draws ever closer. Barack Obama's inauguration will take place Tuesday at high noon. So much is going on here in Washington, so much intensity, joy, laughter, tears, praise for the incoming president and hope...that it feels like we're end the 3rd quarter of an Obamathon.

There was a bit more criticism today of the lavishness of all this. Much money, millions and millions spent at a time when families are losing their homes and millions are losing their jobs. Others have written, some on GOLO that we're in the middle of an ordination and not nothing more. Eyes of beholders see what they want.

Tomorrow, we'll talk with more North Caorlinians who've made their way to this historic event.

Like it or not, times are changin'...a new generation is ready. Are you?

Times are changing! Guess what! We wont be any better off. Things will continue to be bad. He doesnt have a magic black wand that he can wave and make everything all better. He is just another man and he puts on his pants the same way everyone else does-- one leg at a time. He has no experience and training for the big job he is about to tackle. Is he going to give Mexico a bailout too?
