A group of sixth graders, teachers and parents from Endeavor Charter School left Raleigh at 6:15 a.m. Sunday for a four-day fun fest in Washington, D.C!
Every day is filled with presidential packed events. They'll visit the Smithsonian Museum Sunday and take a guided, night, sight-seeing tour of Washington, D.C.
Monday, they'll tour Mount Vernon and attend an evening inaugural dinner and ball.
Tuesday, they'll witness the BIG event and relax that evening at a comedy show.
Wednesday, Congressman Brad Miller will meet with the group.
These are just some of the things planned before a return to Raleigh with great memories of a very historic time.
Endeavor Charter school students enjoy learning by doing. What a great charter goal!
