Hanna speeds up, heads for Carolinas
As of Friday morning, Tropical Storm Hanna had maximum sustained winds at 65 mph, was about 430 miles south of Wilmington and was moving northwest at about 20 mph.

Hanna to blow through Triangle Saturday
Forecasters predict that Tropical Storm Hanna won't wash out the weekend in the Triangle. But Raleigh re-arranged the concert schedules for its block party, and crews worked to lessen the chance of flooding in surrounding counties.
