Basketball delays CBS shows Tuesday

Due to the airing of the North Carolina at Boston College basketball game on WRAL on Tuesday night from approximately 9 p.m. until 11 p.m., regularly scheduled CBS programming will air at a later time.

Tuesday, February 1, 2011

NCIS: Los Angeles will air on WRAL at approximately 1:37am (subject to ACC Basketball runover)
The Good Wife will air on WRAL at approximately 2:37am (subject to ACC Basketball runover)
WRAL 11 p.m. News will air following ACC Basketball

Note: Viewers should record the entire 1:30 a.m.-4:30 a.m. time period to ensure they get the preempted programs in their entirety due to the game’s runover potential

If only I could find an antenna that would pick up WNCT I would watch them always. I am so sick of sports on channel 5 always coming first. I dont have a recording device. So, what about me, what about what I like. Oh, thats right. I am just one person. I dont matter.

Buy an antenna that will pick up WNCT in Greenville. I watch the games over-the-air on one tv and my wife can watch her shows on the other.

if your posting on here you are probably able to watch it tommorow on hulu or cbs.com, there is not really a reason to have dial up anymore when faster speeds are much more affordable now

I, too, am angry that these shows are pre-empted. WRAL blocks our access to nearby CBS affiliates that carry these shows, then forces us non-basketball fans to miss out on our favorite programs. And, yes, WRAL does have other channels they can put the games on.
