This looks a lot like the person that came up to my window several weeks ago in the parking lot of the KFC on Harrison Ave in Cary. I saw him coming so I locked my doors and lowered the window maybe a couple of inches. He asked for a cigarette, then a light. I gave both to him, and he walked away without even saying a thank you to me. That sixth sense made me feel threatened at the time. But can't say for sure if this is the same person.
