Fayetteville, N.C. — Fayetteville police charged a Fort Bragg soldier with arson in connection with a fire at a storage facility Saturday morning.
Greg Brandon Leblanc, 24, got mad at his girlfriend, went to Bragg Boulevard storage and set her storage unit on fire, police said.
He then called his girlfriend and told her what he had done, according to police. Leblanc was captured on video and turned himself in after police contacted him, officials said.
The fire spread to two adjacent units. Eight fire engines responded, and emergency crews had to cut the units' doors open to extinguish the fire. Police did crowd control at the flea market next door.
