Cary, N.C. — A Fort Bragg soldier indicted in December on multiple sex charges involving his teenage son and the son's girlfriend was arrested Wednesday on child pornography charges.
Authorities charged Dwayne Anthony Frazier, 42, of 522 Siltstone Place, with 10 new counts of second-degree exploitation of a minor. He was in the Wake County jail Wednesday afternoon on a $1 million bond.
Frazier, a sergeant first-class with the Army's 508th Parachute Infantry Regiment, part of the 82nd Airborne Division's 4th Brigade Combat Team, arranged his surrender to a Wake County magistrate after learning of the warrants against him.
According to arrest warrants, he "did duplicate and download video containing a visual representation of a minor or minors engaged in sexual activity."
It's unclear how the charges might affect Frazier's military status. A spokesman for the 82nd Airborned said his status will be re-evaluated based on what happens in the judicial system.
Frazier's attorney, Patrick Roberts, declined to comment Wednesday.
Frazier and his son were both charged last year after the son's ex-girlfriend's claimed that she was sexually assaulted.
Frazier was indicted on one count of second-degree rape, one count of first-degree sexual exploitation, two counts of second-degree exploitation and one count of third-degree sexual exploitation.
His son, Stafon Strickland-Frazier, was indicted on one count of second-degree sexual offense and one count of first-degree sexual exploitation.
Cary police say Dwayne Frazier's attempts to disprove accusations that his son raped the girl led to investigators' searching his home and finding a video showing him, as well as his son, committing sexual acts with the girl.
The exploitation charges against Dwayne Frazier stem from his making the video, copying it and showing it to people in an effort to prove the sex was consensual.

That's your opinion, and I'm entitled to mine.
What you are not entitled to is to judge mine or anyone else's. Commenting upon another's response is fine, but ridiculing them is judging and that's below the belt.
God bless.
