Raeford, N.C. — Hoke County sheriff's deputies have arrested a man who they charge kidnapped a 12-year-old girl from her school-bus stop and raped her before then taking her to school, they said Tuesday.
Virgillio Aniceto, 22, of 308 Autry Loop in Raeford, was arrested Sunday, Sheriff Hubert A. Peterkin said. He faces four counts each of first-degree kidnapping and first-degree rape, Peterkin said.
The attacks happened between September last year and January, the charges say. Peterkin said investigators had charged that Aniceto took the girl to motels in Lumberton, Red Springs and Fayetteville.
The girl knew Aniceto, Peterkin said, but he did not specify how. She apparently was comfortable going with Aniceto from the bus stop, the sheriff said.
Peterkin's office said investigators planned to file other charges later, but they were unspecified.

Let's explain it as simply as possible you can understand. If an illegal alien is not here in the United States or in North Carolina.........it would go by all measures of basic logic that he would be unable to commit such crimes here to YOUR fellow citizens don't you think? Unreal.
