How about the day after the young man was shot, he was walking down the street with his homies and a big bandage on his head with his peace flag (white t-shirt) hanging out of his back pocket. However, I understand this represents peace after being shot and represents RANK because you took a bullet. Now what parent would let their child back out on the street after being shot in the head????? Parents get a hold of your children - gang activity is crazy!

May I just join this funny discussion-I think I am entitled too since he was shot right outside my door! I would love to ask the parents of "both" young men to find out if they were "proud" of what fine citizens that they have raised! Well, while I am at it I might as well add the parents of the other 15 - 20 young individuals that were present when the incident took place! How does the family of the "victim" feels - what victim?! Unfortunately the "victim's" head injury prevented him from getting his gun-but let me assure you he tried! I don't know how many times between my neighbors and myself did we call the cops asking to remove sometimes 20 teens that were just sitting outside our homes, mind you none of those were our children! I think the cops were rather aggravated with us calling for nothing!! However, I was assured now that this subdivision is now noted a target area for increased crime activity = more patrols! Great that was just what I was looking for when I bought my home!

Looks like we have another applicant for membership to the Idiot League.

I'm not sure whether it's parenting (or lack thereof), public school quality, gang activity, or what, but it's pretty sad how many young losers this generation is producing.

ah yes....the liberal court systems SEEMED to have had this young man in thier presence before, and saw fit to let him go, probably because he PROMISED to behave.....wonder how that makes the family of the victim feel????? keep electing em people, you MAY be this person's next victim!

Can you imagine how wonderful our country would be if we could remove anyone that committed a violent crime to some island where they had to fend for themselves. One for women and one for men, would have to cause they'd reproduce like rabbits. Give them the means to be self sufficient and that's it. I wonder how many people would think twice before they decided they go beyond the law. Would be nice not to have to lock you car and your house and not worry about your kids or yourself at night.

By same people do you mean... young? It does seem like a lot of young men are committing crimes. It wasn't too long ago that two young men said they committed a crime because they were bored.

How do they have a mug shot? My guess is that the police have had the please of Mr. Williams company on a previous occasion.

I'm confused. If he isn't in custody how do they already have a mug shot of him?

...Took the words out of my mouth, I am amazed by this. Not being from here I now understand why is so different here. Some people just bring it on themselves. 8 out of 10 times I either read or see a crime report on TV it's always the same people.
