Franklinton, N.C. — The Franklin County Sheriff's Office announced that Kali Elizabeth Norris, missing since last Thursday, was found on Tuesday afternoon.
The state Highway Patrol launched an air and ground search on Saturday night after a CSX employee reported that he thought he had seen Kali walking along the railroad tracks.
The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children also put its resources behind the search for Kali.
Police said Kali had run away once before in early May, but returned less than 24 hours later.
