Man Charged With DWI, Death by Vehicle
A man is facing charges of DWI and felony death-by-vehicle after police say his vehicle hit and killed 16-year-old boy in Orange County.

A vehicle driven by Scott Belling, 47, ran off the road and hit Che Skaggs, state Highway Patrol Trooper Joseph Sharlow said.
Belling left the scene and drove several miles to a convenience store, Sharlow said. He called 911 and said he thought he had hit something and that he had a flat tire. At the convenience store, the driver was given a breathalyzer test – Sharlow said Belling blew a .23.
Belling was charged Saturday with DWI and felony hit-and-run. His was later charged with felony death-by-vehicle.
Belling was being held Sunday night in the Orange County Jail. His bond was upgraded from $20,000 to $70,000.
