U.S. Marshals Arrest 2 in Rocky Mount Nightclub Shooting

Shooter Kills One, Injures 4 in Rocky Mount Nightclub

U.S. Marshals captured two men Thursday in connection with a fatal shooting at a Rocky Mount nightclub.

Marshals arrested Montrell Demetri Wilson, 24, and Doron Terrel Alston, 24, both of Rocky Mount, in Delaware.

Authorities said Wilson fatally shot Benjamin Lane early Sunday morning inside the Club Rock City at 107 Marigold St. Police said Alston also shot four other people in the club.

Wilson has been charged with first-degree murder and four counts of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Alston has been charged with five counts of felony aid and abet and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
