ROXBORO — A Roxboro man is facing charges for a series of flashings in Cary. Reginald Tuck was arrested Thursday morning and is charged with two counts of indecent exposure.
The earliest incidents occurred in September, 1997, and continued through last week. Police say Tuck approached joggers and children at bus stops then made inappropriate comments and exposed himself.
Investigators say Tuck has confessed.
