RALEIGH — A fire forced patients out of their rooms at Dorothea Dix Hospital Friday night.
Firefighters brought the flames under control, and patients were allowed back in their rooms within a half-hour. There were no serious injuries.
There is no word on what caused the fire, or how much damage was sustained.
