DURHAM — A man accused of killing a 4-year-old girl in an accident on a Durham highway will be tried in a Durham courtroom.
Monday, a judge denied Timothy Blackwell's request for a change of venue. Blackwell, 36, slammed into a van last February, killing Megan Dail. He is charged in connection with drunken driving, and has a long history of convictions for doing so.
No court date has been set.
