CHAPEL HILL — More than a dozen Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity members at University of North Carolina will face charges for allegedly stealing countless Christmas decorations from Chapel Hill residents.
Last week, police got a tip and paid a visit to the fraternity house, where they found hundreds of stolen decorations. The fraternity has since apologized, but police say that's not good enough. They say 14 members will face charges.
