CHAPEL HILL — An important peace of history has been stolen from the University of North Carolina's Dean Dome in Chapel Hill. Sunday night security officers noticed that the 1983 tar heel team basketball picture had been taken from inside the dean dome.
What's special about this picture is that it was the last year that Michael Jordan and Sam Perkins were at UNC. Some UNC students couldn't believe someone steal the photo.
University police are investigating the case but they don't have any new leads.
