OXFORD — The City of Oxford wants to keep youngsters offthe streets late at night, so it is starting a trial curfew.
The curfew requires children 15 and under to be in their homes betweenmidnight and five in the morning. Oxford will try the curfew for sixmonths, then decide whether to makeit law.
