FAYETTEVILLE — A man entered a crowdedWendy's restaurant about noon Monday and shot to death a woman believedto be his wife, police said. . Minutes after fleeing the scene, police say, the same man also shota cab driver. The suspect, whose name has not been released, was arrested.
The cab driver reportedly received only minor injuries.
