RALEIGH — A man was shot in the head as gunfire rang outin a normally quiet east Raleigh neighborhood Thursday afternoon. Policesay two men chased a third down Brighton Road just after 1 p.m.
The victim was shot in the head and fell in this yard. Startledneighbors say they saw two men running from the scene.
Officers are searching for the suspects, the victim is being treated atWake Medical Centers.
