No One Injured in Harnett School Fire

LILLINGTON — Fire broke out at the Harnett-Lillington Alternative School just after 11 a.m. Friday.

Students and staff were evacuated after the roof of the school caught on fire. School leaders said all the students got out of the building safely.

There is a middle school on the same grounds, but only the alternative school caught on fire.
