RALEIGH — The man charged with fatally shooting a Raleigh Police Detective is expected in court on Monday.
Police say Kawame Mays killed Detective Paul Hale last month in Raleigh.
Hale was trying to arrest Mays for another murder when he was killed.
Mays is charged with two counts of first-degree murder.
