RALEIGH — A verdict of guilty on all counts was handeddown Friday afternoon inside a Raleigh courtroom. Leroy Mann has beenconvicted of the kidnapping and murder of Janet Hauser.
He threw her body off of the Falls Lake Bridge. The verdict camejust one day into jury deliberations.
The sentencing phase of the trial begins Monday. Mann could face thedeath penalty.
