FAYETTEVILLE — Renovating old buildings can becostly, but in downtown Fayetteville it's getting cheaper.
Two area businesses are the first to benefit from a program designedto lend money to people who want to revamp old historic buildings and runtheir businesses in them. The latest groups include a promotional marketing company and a real estate renovation business.
Four more businesses are awaiting final approval.
