<b>KNIGHTDALE</b> — A family moving into Knightdale Manorapartments had a poor welcome over the weekend -- their balcony collapsed.

Rosalind Branch remains at Wake Medical Center with broken bones anda punctured lung, although four children are back home with just a fewcuts and bruises.

According to the Sampson County Sheriff's Office, a school resource officer discovered the body of a man inside a vehicle at Hobbton Middle School athletic field. Authorities believe the man died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
