RALEIGH — After nine months and nearly $400,000, hurricane-ravaged Umstead State Park is back in business.
The Crabtree section of the park opened Monday in Wake County. Parkemployees worked up until the last minute and say some repair workwill continue, but should not affect visitor areas.
