RALEIGH — Plans to build Raleigh's Entertainment and Sports Arena have hit yet another snag.
The latest delay comes from Raleigh City Councilman Paul Coble who suspects a conflict of interest and wants to know the name of the NC State University benefactor who put up $5 million for naming rights.
The arena authority was scheduled to meet again Wednesday. It must answer Coble's question before money to begin construction will be forthcoming.
