DURHAM — A Durham man has been charged with murder inconnection with the death of his infant son.
Kenny Miller, 26, told officers the 2-month old was hurt whenhe fell off a bed last March. The baby died three days later. An autopsyrevealed the infant died of shaken baby syndrome.
Miller is being held in the Durham County jail without bond.
