CARY — A Cary pastor found liable in a sexual harassment lawsuit says he's toopoor to pay the judgment. Reverend Ed Privette told a judge Monday he hasno assets to satisfy the $420,000 judgment.
In March, a Wake County Superior Court jury filed in favor of two womenwho once worked for Privette. They accused him of kissing and touchingthem, and making sexually suggestive remarks.
