Click It or Ticket ... Again

RALEIGH — If you've gotten out of the habit of buckling up, or you never got into it, state authorities will again be looking for you.
Tuesday, a team from Governor Jim Hunt's office are launching a new "Click it or Ticket" initiative ... 1997-style.
Seat belt checkpoints and child safety seat checkup stations will be set up in each of North Carolina's 100 counties and will remain through June 8.
State officials want to encourage people to use their seat belts before the busy summer travel season starts up.
