Kidnapped Baby Found at Ft. Bragg
FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Two women accused of taking an infant from her adoptive family in Mississippi have waived their right to extradition.

Jamie Kiefer and her sister, Rikki Swann, appeared before a judge Tuesday. They also waived their rights to be represented by an attorney.

The women, who were visibly upset in the courtroom, are each charged with one count of armed robbery and one count of kidnapping in the abduction of Madison Erickson. Authorities said three people stormed into Jennifer and Matt Erickson's home Saturday and took Madison.

FBI agents and military police found the baby unharmed at a home in Fort Bragg, where Swann lived before returning to Mississippi when her husband was deployed to Afghanistan.

Kiefer and Swann may also face federal kidnapping charges.
