ROSEBORO — A man Sampson County deputies call a hog rustler was in court Monday.
Authorities say they found 65 stolen hogs on Billy Williams' property in Roseboro this weekend.
They say they believe Williams is one of several people involved in the hog-theft ring.
Investigators say Williams and the others stole 300 pigs and tried to sell them for 200 dollars each.
More arrests are expected.
