DURHAM — The American Kennel Club has decided not to relocate, but will keep its headquarters in New York. The organization had considered moving it's main operation center to Durham.
The news does not mean a total loss for the Triangle, however. The nation's pure-bred dog authority says it will increase staffing in Raleigh which will bring in about 80 new jobs.
