RALEIGH — A Raleigh police officer was arrested by one of his fellow officers Thursday night and charged with drunk driving.
Officers picked up Lt. Bobby Boykin on Yonkers Road at about 1 a.m. His blood-alcohol level was .11. The legal limit is .08.
Boykin is a 20-year police veteran.
