N.C. Red Cross Workers Headed to North Dakota

RALEIGH — Some North Carolina volunteers are packing their bags, ready to help flood victims. Bob and Teri Bowerman from the Triangle Red Cross are on their way to North Dakota.
The Bowermans will help run shelters and distribute food and supplies to flood victims for three weeks.
