RALEIGH — Some North Carolina volunteers are packingtheir bags, ready to help flood victims. Bob and TeriBowerman from the Triangle Red Cross are on their way to North Dakota.
The Bowermans will help run shelters and distribute food and suppliesto flood victims for three weeks.
