FAYETTEVILLE — Troopers investigating a Fayettevillearea car accident are puzzled by two people's behavior.
The Highway Patrol reports that two vehicles collided on Shaw MillRoad, injuring a female driver in one car.
Just after the accident, officers say two men in the other vehicle raninto nearby woods.
One of them later returned, saying he had left the scene to call forhelp.
