David McArthur said a Raleigh officer shoved him into a wall afterMcArthur said he told the officer to do his job. McArthur had called 911because he said his car was chased down Interstate 40.
Tanika Robins said police arrested her a week ago after telling her toleave a Raleigh nightclub. She said police scratched and bruised her asofficers put her in a squad car.
McArthur has filed a formal complaint with the police departmentwhile Robins has not. NAACP leader H.B. Pickett said today at anews conference that he wanted an investigation.

Police Cpt. Michael Longmire who works in the Internal Affairs said aninvestigation was underway and could be completed in 30 to 60 days.
