LILLINGTON — A Lillington man is in critical condition at Duke Hospital after the bike he was riding collided with a car Saturday.
Troopers say Ray Ellerbee, 42, rode his bike into the path of a car on Raven Rock Road, near Lillington.
They said he was thrown into the air and landed on pavement. Both legs were broken.
Ellerbee was airlifted to Duke.
