SPIVEY'S CORNER — Charges will not be filed against either driver involved in a deadly accident Friday morning in Sampson County. Troopers say fog had reduced visibility to about 15 feet.
A tractor-trailer collided with a pickup truck on Highway 13 near Spivey's Corner. The pickup truck driver died in the accident. The driver of the tractor-trailer is hospitalized.
