DURHAM — Durham police are investigating a shooting death that occurred there Wednesday afternoon.
They say two men were arguing in the 600 block of Umstead Street when witnesses say one of them pulled a gun and started shooting. The suspect is in custody. The dead man was hit several times by gunfire.
No names have been released.
