<b>DURHAM</b> — Durham police are investigating a shootingdeath that occurred there Wednesday afternoon.

They say two men were arguing in the 600 block of Umstead Street whenwitnesses say one of them pulled a gun and started shooting. The suspectis in custody. The dead man was hit several times by gunfire.
