Jurors Still Debating Boggess' Fate

DURHAM — There has been no word from Durham jurors whoare deliberating the sentence for convicted killer Todd Boggess. He wasconvicted of killing a Wilmington teen for his car.

Daniel Pence was killed in Durham in 1995.

The jury is now trying to decide if Boggess will get the death penaltyor a life sentence. Defense attorneys say Boggess should be spared becauseof his abusive childhood. Boggess' father testified he had sexually abusedhis son for several years.
