DURHAM — A Durham woman is in the UNC Burn Center this morning, with burns over 90 percent of her body.
Firefighters managed to get 65-year-old Peggy Nash out of her burning home on Alabama Avenue, but not before she was seriously injured.
The blaze broke out overnight. No word yet on what caused the fire.
