RALEIGH — Police say they have now identified the man whose image was captured on video tape during a robbery at the First Union Bank on Glenwood Avenue Monday. Police say the man in the video is James Walker and they now have warrants out for his arrest.
Police have not, however, been able to locate Walker. They ask that anyone with information concerning his whereabouts contact the Raleigh Police Department at 919-834-HELP.
