DURHAM — Durham police believe they have caught a pair of burglars. They arrested two men Monday morning whom they believe broke into cars outside the Penrith apartments Sunday night.
The men are accused of stealing jackets, stereos and a number of other items from the vehicles. Police are investigating whether the two might be linked to other similar crimes in the area.
