RALEIGH — Police are investigating what appears to have been a drive-by shooting on Bragg Street in Raleigh. Sunday night, someone shot a man in the abdomen.
Neither police nor the victim are talking about the shooting or a possible motive. No one has been arrested and police have not released the wounded man's name or information about his condition
