<b>GODWIN</b> — Cumberland County authorities say a bodythey found was that of a Delaware homicide victim.

Deputies found the body of 56-year-old Dennis Ray near Godwin Wednesdaynight. They believe he was killed in Delaware on or near February 11.Chief of Cuyler Windham of the Cumberland County Sheriff's Office saysthey believe the body was transported here two or three weeks ago andburied in a shallow grave.

Police have made two arrests, one in Thomasville. Delaware authoritiesplan to charge both with murder.
