DURHAM — The fate of Todd Boggess now rests in the hands of a Durham jury.
Prosecutors say Boggess planned and carried out the abduction and murder of Danny Pence. Boggess admitted to the killing, then recanted his confession.
If convicted, Boggess could face the death penalty.
